Refund & Replacement policy.

Refund Policy

Starting from 15 March, 2024, the physical / digital products you purchase are replaceable but not refundable free of cost only if you receive the wrong/damaged products out of the box.


However, you need to provide us with the following:

  • The unboxing video (image not acceptable).
  • The invoice.
  • The email used to purchase the product.
  • Purchase date, product receiving date.**Note: Without the unboxing video no refund will be issued.

Additional Information:

Please note the following for a physical product replacement.

  1. Replace Request Period: You may request a refund within 7 days of receiving the product. A replacement is not applicable if you request after 7 days of your purchase.
  2. Contacting Us: To initiate the replacement process, please contact our customer support team send us a DM on Instagram with your order confirmation details and the reason for your request.
  3. Replacement Processing Time: Once your replacement request is received and approved, we will process the replacement within 5 - 15 business days. The replacement will be issued to same address used for the original purchase.
  4. Feedback Appreciated: While processing your refund, we value your feedback. Your insights can help us enhance our products and better serve our customers.
  5. Change of Mind: Customers may change their minds after the purchase, realizing that the digital/physical books doesn't align with their needs or preferences. This does not meet the eligibility for a refund.
